How to Walk in High Heels (The Girls Guide to Everything) by Camilla Morton

Review by Book Club member Julie Penman: With it’s pretty pink sparkly cover, I thought I was getting a real girlie book for me to escape into for the holidays. But alas, it is actually a guide book! There were a few good tips for getting somewhere on time, and in the right outfit etc. There’s a very detailed explanation on how to cook a three-course dinner (and still be able to make pleasant conversation at the end), and one on how to complain with class. But this book is not a story, and not easy reading for a late-night reader like me. It’s a good book to keep in your library and pull out when you need to learn how to play poker in a hurry or if you are having problems with your computer.
