Green Goddess: Moroccan mint tea recipe

Every home should have a peppermint plant. This is the mint you use to make tea, not the common garden mint we use for mint sauce. It grows really easily and in Morocco, they serve the tea after meals to aid digestion. It can also be good for headaches. For each person, use 1 tsp green tea, 12 mint leaves and 3-5 tsp sugar. Put into a small pot and pour over boiling water. Leave to infuse for five minutes, then serve in a tall glass with a few extra peppermint leaves in the bottom.
