Not all of us want to be vegetarians, but we know eating more fruit and vegetables – along with wholegrains and legumes – is good for us.

Going vege also has benefits for the environment, since it takes less water, fertiliser and other resources to produce grains, fruits and vegetables than it does to raise chickens, cows, pigs or other animals we eat.

Some people find a good way to consume more vegetables is to adopt Meatless Monday, where you go vegetarian one day of the week. Have a look at meatlessmonday.com for some ideas to get you started.
