Try this: The Inverted Flyer is great for thighs and buttocks. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and stomach pulled in. Hang your arms by your sides. Keeping your right foot on the ground then raise your left knee to hip height. Bend forward from hips and extend right arm forward. Straighten left leg back. Keep your hips level and hold for  ve seconds. Keep abdominal muscles tight, return to standing. Repeat eight times on each side.
