Mammy’s back – and on the big screen! It’s the long-awaited film follow-up to the wildly popular television series Mrs Brown’s Boys, and it doesn’t disappoint. When a property developer tries to shut down Agnes’ market stall, the family matriarch sets about trying to save Dublin from the ravages of urbanisation – and hilarity ensues. Creator Brendan O’Carroll, who also plays the title role, brings Irish humour to the cinema with hilarious results. It’s an absolute must-see for fans of the show.
