About clotted cream

I’ve come across a couple of recipes recently requiring clotted cream, but I have not been able to find any in the shops. Are you aware of any retail outlets in New Zealand that sell it?

It is hard to find, but the good news is you can make your own. You will need unpasteurised full cream milk, so you might want to approach a farming friend for milk directly from a cow. A quick search online will yield a number of different but probably equally effective ways to make clotted cream. I promise it will be well worth the effort when you wow your family with a full Devonshire tea, complete with scones.
