Strawberry bocconcini balls

Ready in 1 minute, makes 4.
If you can’t get hold of bocconcini (baby mozzarella) use mozzarella or cream cheese.
- 4 large strawberries
- 1 large bocconcini ball, sliced into 4
- 8 baby basil leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
1. Cut a V shape out of each strawberry.
2. Place a slice of cheese into each cavity and top with a basil leaf and a little black pepper.
