1.5kg pork spare ribs
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1. Place ribs in a large, shallow dish and pour over sauces, maple syrup and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 180C. Remove ribs from the marinade and arrange in a single layer in a large roasting dish.
3. Cook for 45 minutes, turning at times, until crisp and golden. Add a little of the marinade during cooking if the pan gets too dry.
