Ready in 5 minutes, serves 8.
For this cocktail we paid $12.95 for a bottle of Te Hana Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, which in our opinion is one of the best-quality and best-value sparkling wines around.
For a bit of fun, we used a Christmas-themed ice cube mould.
- 300ml cranberry juice
- 4 sugar cubes
- 750ml bottle Te Hana Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 small lime, thinly sliced
1. Pour the cranberry juice into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
2. When you’re ready to serve your drinks, place 1/2 sugar cube into each glass, then fill with chilled wine. Add a cranberry ice cube and slice of lime to serve.
Cook’s tip:
Make a single bottle of wine go further by filling each glass no more than two-thirds full.
