Midweek Meals: 30 minute stir-fry recipes

When you’re short on time, a stir-fry is a tasty, quick and easy meal that can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. We have found five delicious recipes that cater to both vegetarians and meat eaters.

Pea-and-prawn-stir-fryReady in 20 minutes, this pea and prawn stir-fry tastes delicious when served with a garnish of fresh mint.



A great option for vegetarians, this green vegetable stir-fry with sesame haloumi makes a lovely side dish or main.



The sesame Asian-style dressing in this sesame chicken and vegetable stir-fry combines four main ingredient flavours: salty, sweet, hot and fragrant to make a winning dish.



Sweet and sour pork can often be all meat and sauce. This stir-fry recipe bumps up the vegetable content with capsicum, bok choy and mung beans.



Ready in 30 minutes, this chicken and broccolini stir-fry feeds four to six hungry people.
