Mid-Week Meals: 30 minute fish dishes

Whipping up an evening meal after a busy day is often the last thing you feel like doing. We have the solution and have found five quick and easy dishes you can create in 30 minutes or less.

This week we have five tasty fish dishes that will have the family queuing for seconds.

These fish tacos with avocado salsa verde and radish salad take only 20 minutes to make! For extra bite, try adding a drizzle of hot or chilli sauce.

Tempt your children with these fish and chip cones. Sneak in extra vegetables with a side of fresh salad or vegetable sticks.

This mild and fragrant coconut fish curry is a real winter warmer on cold nights. For extra flavour and depth try adding your favourite seafood such as scallops, quid and prawns.

To make these baked fish parcels with tomato and zucchini it’s as easy as wrapping the fish fillets and vegetables in baking paper and letting the oven do the rest.

The mango salsa adds an extra dimension to this tasty grilled fish and toasted Israeli couscous salad. If fresh mangos are not in season, try using tinned.
