Mango lychee and yoghurt smoothie

This great combination makes breakfast fun for the little-ones- in your household.

  • ¾ cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup fresh mango, diced
  • 8 tinned lychees

1 Combine all ingredients in a large jug and puree with a stick blender (or use your food processor/blender).

Lucky for me my mum allowed me to play in the kitchen from the very beginning – from sitting up on the bench watch her peeling peaches for preserving or planning dinner parties from her many Womans Weekly Cookbooks.
