The frankfurter wrap is a healthy alternative to the calorie overload that is the classic hot dog. No batter, no bun, just good old simple sauasages and coleslaw. These are great without cheese, too.
- 4 small sausages or frankfurters
- 1 cup coleslaw
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 2 wraps
1 Simmer frankfurters in water for 3 minutes until hot, drain and cool a minute. Fold wrap into a cone shape and fill with coleslaw, frankfurters and grated cheese.
