Creamy mashed potatoes

For extra creamy mash:
  • 1kg peeled and diced Agria potatoes
  • 1/2 cup hot cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper
  • rosmary to sprinkle through

1 Cook 1kg of peeled and diced Agria potatoes until soft.

2 Drain well, then mash with ½ cup hot cream, about 1-2 tablespoons butter and season well with sea salt, cracked pepper and a little chopped rosemary.
