- 1kg peeled and diced Agria potatoes
- 1/2 cup hot cream
- 1-2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- rosmary to sprinkle through
1 Cook 1kg of peeled and diced Agria potatoes until soft.
2 Drain well, then mash with ½ cup hot cream, about 1-2 tablespoons butter and season well with sea salt, cracked pepper and a little chopped rosemary.
