This is a great recipe for kids to make in the school holidays. They are yummy and crunchy but nneed to be chilled before you eat them, so patience is needed!
4 cups cornflakes
200g chocolate, roughly chopped
3 tbsp golden syrup
1. Place cornflakes in food processor and pulse for several seconds until roughly chopped.
2. Place chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a saucepan, stirring over a gentle heat until mixture is smooth.
3. Combine cornflakes and chocolate in a bowl and mix well.
4. Spoon mixture into 15 paper cupcake cases and refrigerate overnight until set.
