  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g butter, softened
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 x 410g tin sliced peaches, drained

STREUSEL

  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50g hard butter
  • ½ cup walnuts

1. Preheat the oven to 160C on fan bake.
2. Place  our, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, eggs, butter, and buttermilk in food processor. Pulse ingredients 3 times for 10 seconds each time.
3. Place in a greased and lined 21cm cake tin. Top with the drained peaches.
4. To make streusel mix, place all ingredients in your food processor and pulse until crumbly.
5. Top the peaches with the streusel mix.
6. Bake for 1 hour. Ovens do vary, so it may need a little more cooking time.
