Recipe looks really inviting and having never tried duck and fennel decided this was the recipe to finally try these things but the picture shows beans but there is no mention of beans both online and printed. Have these been omitted? Goats cheese is feta? is there a substitute for sherry vinegar as I can’t find it in the supermarket or could you suggest where to buy it from?
