My beauty philosophy is… I try to keep it simple. I’m usually short of time both morning and night with two kids, and working full time as co-owner of Superette. I’m a huge fan of Kiehl’s products so my daily routine incorporates their Ultra Facial Cleanser, Ultra Facial Toner and Ultra Facial Moisturiser. In the winter months I exfoliate more often to get rid of dry skin, again using Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Skin Brightening Exfoliator.
The skincare and beauty products I can’t live without are… Kai perfume makes you feel like you’re on a permanent tropical holiday. Every day I use Kiehl’s Creme de Corps body lotion and cannot be without it. Uslu nail polishes – I am a big fan of painted nails and I think these are the best. Uslu are constantly updating their colours and best of all, we stock them at Superette.
My hair care secret is… I use a Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner alongside a weekly deep conditioning treatment using the amazing Kiehl’s Olive Fruit Oil Deeply Repairative Hair Pak. It leaves your hair soft and manageable every time.
The must-have products in my makeup bag are… Lucas’ Papaw Ointment, Nars Copacabana
Illuminator, MAC bronzing powder, Nars Black Eyeliner, and MAC Lady Danger lipstick. I rely on these items every day.
My favourite beauty treat is… Regular massages and facials. It’s amazing how good you feel afterwards.
My biggest beauty sin is… Liking a good wine or two from time to time, and the sun.
The best thing my mother taught me about beauty was… To be happy in your own skin, and water is better than fizzy drinks.
