My beauty philosophy is… Beauty within, beauty without. Good skincare and inner supplementation – I use Imedeen.

The skincare products I can’t live without are… There are so many! Recently I’ve been favouring rose-based formulas such as River Veda Lotus And Attar Rose mask. My skincare staples include Osmosis Stem Factor, Environ A, C and E Body Oil with the Environ Body Roll-CIT and the Murad Vitamin C Home Infusion Facial Kit. Anything from Perricone MD is a weakness. Cleansing is important too; I like Grown’s Geranium Leaf, Bergamot & Rosebud Cleanser.

My haircare secret is… Jennifer Morgan of Morgan and Morgan Urban Hair Retreat. She takes me in hand, and every seven weeks I’m fortunate to have my hair coloured by a master. She also introduced me to the Brazilian Blowout, which I swear by. I have ne hair that tends to frizz and this keeps it smooth for weeks. I’ve been Kérastase Volumactive’s biggest fan since it rst came out. It makes my hair luscious and more voluminous.

The must-have products in my makeup bag are… My aw-erasing obsessions are Dermalogica Skinperfect Primer and Za’s BB Cream. Elizabeth Arden Pure Finish Mineral Bronzing Powder is an essential, as is eyebrow makeup. My lippy is usually a 100% natural Karen Murrell number.

My favourite beauty treat is… Regular visits to Lynda Davenport at Reab and a monthly Osmosis Infusion facial with Pia Wilkinson at Clinic 42 – both in Auckland. And Pure Fiji Coconut Milk Bath.

My biggest beauty sin is… Chipped nail polish. I try to get around it with the longer-lasting formulations like Shellac and OPI, but time lets me down.
