When we published the story recently of Nichola Jones’ allergic reaction to her unborn baby (“I’m allergic to my baby” 3.12.12), there was a flurry of social media feedback – both from people who could relate, as well as those offering to help.
It is one of our favourite things when people who have featured in our mag come back to give us an update on how they are going.
Writer Vicky Tyler was thrilled to receive an email from Nichola when she had her baby sooner than expected. Born at 36 weeks gestation, baby Aurelia Anne June Bathurst-Jones entered the world weighing 2.055kg (4lbs 9oz) on Saturday December 8, 2012.
