Taylor Swift dating One Direction star Harry Styles

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may be over, but a new romance between Taylor Swift and Harry Styles has set the teen world abuzz.

Taylor Swift (22) and 18-year-old Harry were first spotted together at rehearsals for The X Factor, where Taylor made a guest appearance last week.

X Factor host Mario Lopez confirmed on his radio show that he spotted the pair holding hands during rehersals, and when he asked Harry, “What are you doing here?” Harry pointed at Taylor.

Another X Factor source confirmed the sighting to People.com. “He was smiling at her while she rehearsed,” an onlooker revealed. “When she was done he jumped on stage, picked her up and put her over his shoulder and carried her off stage.”

Last week Harry’s bandmate Niall Horan admitted in an interview that his favourite song of 2012 was Taylor’s We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together but when asked if he would ever date Taylor, he said “No”, laughed and nodded in Harry’s direction.
