Ladies man Simon Cowell (53) has revealed he is dating former Playboy model Carmen Electra (40), but refused to go as far as calling her his girlfriend.
The X Factor USA judge has been spotted on numerous dates with the TV presenter and model, who has previously been married to Dennis Rodman and Dave Navarro.
“She’s not my girlfriend. We’re people who date,” Simon told Ryan Seacrest.
“She’s adorable, isn’t she?” he added.
The pair first got to know each other when she filled in as a guest judge on Britain’s Got Talent.
“He’s so cute. He is adorable. He’s actually a sweetheart. I really liked him. I think he’s really cool,” says Carmen,
“Now, obviously, he’s in [Los Angeles] with The X Factor and we started to hang out and we became friends … I think he’s a great guy.”
Simon has been busy this week preparing his X Factor group girl band Fifth Harmony. The group are arguably the underdogs for the finale of the show, which airs on New Zealand TV tonight.
“I don’t know what you did Simon, but I swear the first time I saw them as a group I thought it could never work,” said fellow mentor LA Reid on last night’s show.
“Now I’m looking at them and it’s magical. I don’t know what to say. The bad news is you were the underdogs and now you’re the ones to beat.”
