Kris Humphries’s lawyer are said to be trying to force Kanye to come to court by tricking him into receiving a subpMena by hiding it a department store package and delivering it to Kim’s house.

Kris’ team are trying to prove that Kim was fraudulently entered into their 72-day marriage to boost the ratings of her reality show and was secretly seeing Kanye before their wedding day.
Kim’s lawyer complained to judge yesterday about Kris’ legal team’s aggressive tactics to try and make Kanye take the stand in court.
A judge has the power to fine, jail or issue a warrant for arrest to anyone who does not attend court when subpoenaed, but California law states a subpMena must be served in person – not in the mail –meaning Kris’ lawyer, Marshall Waller, did not follow the correct procedure.
While Kim’s team is keen to settle, Kris is refusing to settle and wants the marriage annulled. Friends of Kim say the star is keen to end the divorce proceedings as quickly as possible so she can move on with her life.
