Jessica Simpson has had to cancel her wedding plans twice because of her pregnancies, and now sources close to the star reveal she is keen to get married quickly after giving birth to her second child.
The pregnant reality star, who is mother to one-year-old daughter Maxwell, is due any day but has been telling friends she wants to get married a “few months” after her baby is born, a source told Us Weekly. “Jessica said, ‘Let’s have this wedding already before I get pregnant with another one,” said the source.
Jessica’s fiancé Eric Johnson proposed in 2010. The pair had planned to marry before she became pregnant with Maxwell, and then once again after Maxwell’s birth in May 2012, but the star admitted that her second pregnancy was unplanned.
“We were definitely extremely shocked,” she told Ellen DeGeneres in March.
