‘The Devil Wears Prada’ star Anne Hathaway has opened up about her relationship with former boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, who was sentenced to four and a half years in prison after pleading guilty to fraud.
Anne says the experience left her “very wary. It takes a minute for me to let my guard down, but once I do and I get to know someone, I’m very open, very trusting. Some might say too trusting.”
Some of the actress’ jewellery, given to her by Raffaello, was auctioned off after his criminal activity came to light, but Anne now has a sense of humour about the incident. When asked to name her relationship “dealbreakers” with men, she replies, ‘Uh… fraud?’
