It's time to dust off the barbie and get those prawns a fryin'.

**Every year, when the weather gets warmer, I get thinking that I should BBQ prawns for dinner.

But I soon realise I have no idea what I’m doing with them. I just can’t seem to get the cooking time right. Can you help?

Nothing says summer quite like prawns on the barbie. Prawns are popular for any occasion as they are tasty, succulent and a real hit. The cooking time is the secret

to getting them just right.

On a heated BBQ or frying pan, pour approximately one tablespoon of olive oil. Once the oil has come to a simmer, place the prawns on top and cook for 90 seconds on each side. Remove from the heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
